Project Management Professional ( PMP )

E-COURSE:

Project Management Professional ( PMP )

Instructor-led, video based E-Learning course.
Overview

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is fast becoming the de facto standard for evaluating Project Managers. Today, companies, large or small, are emphasizing on the need to hire Project Managers who hold the PMP certification or invest in training their existing PMs on this certification.
This course covers the entire project life cycle from initiation and planning through execution, acceptance, support, and closure, which are topics featured on the certification exam.

The exam covers pre-project set-up/initiating; project planning; project execution and delivery; change, control, and communication; project closure. Unlike some project management certifications, the PMP can be earned in a reasonable period of time and cost-effectively. There are no prerequisites to taking this course, and candidates are not required to submit an application or complete additional hours of continuing education to take this course. The PMP® certification scheme is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) against the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17024.
